The FUTURE OF PINK IS GREEN

Barbie has seen A LOT of makeovers, but this one is the most important one yet, going green! Barbie is taking action to help leave the planet better than we found it with sustainable products that will contribute to a healthy environment for us all. The Barbie brand, in partnership with the Jane Goodall Institute, introduced a Dr. Jane Goodall Inspiring Women Doll and 2022 Barbie Career of The Year Eco-Leadership Team, as a continuation of The Future of Pink is Green campaign. The dolls are certified carbon-neutral and made from recycled ocean-bound plastic. This set is designed to encourage kids to play out their own sustainability stories and learn more about those careers. I’m passionate about protecting our planet, so this campaign is one I’m most proud to be a part of. Design shouldn’t just look good, it should do good as well.
